Every design is professionally embroidered using premium-quality embroidery threads. We never use vinyl, DTF, or printed transfers—just genuine embroidery for a long-lasting finish.

Yes! You can personalise your garment with:

• Your chosen birth flower
• Optional embroidered name
• Optional Roman numeral date
• Optional cuff initials (+£2)

1. How do I choose my birth flower?

Simply select your birth month from the “Choose Your Birth Flower” dropdown menu, and we’ll embroider the corresponding birth flower.

1. Can I add my name?

Yes. You can add a name beneath the birth flower design or leave it blank if you prefer a minimalist look.

1. Can I add a special date?

Yes. Simply enter your date in DD/MM/YYYY format, and we’ll convert it into elegant Roman numerals.

1. Can I add cuff initials?

Yes. Personalised cuff initials are available as an optional upgrade for +£2.

1. What sizes are available?

We offer sizes S to XXL in both hoodies and sweatshirts. Please check our size guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.

Yes. Our hoodies and sweatshirts feature a comfortable unisex fit suitable for both men and women.

1. How long does production take?

Every item is embroidered to order. Our usual production time is 1–3 working days before dispatch.

1. Can I request an urgent order?

Yes. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible.

1. Can I return a personalised item?

As each item is personalised especially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizes ordered, or personalisation entered incorrectly. If we’ve made an error or your item arrives damaged, we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

1. How should I wash my hoodie?

Wash inside out at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry or iron directly over the embroidery. Following the care instructions will help keep your garment looking its best.

1. Will the embroidery fade or peel?

No. Unlike printed designs, embroidery is stitched directly into the fabric. With proper care, your embroidery is designed to last for years.

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t entered production, we’ll do our best to update your personalisation details before embroidery begins.
